200g Garlic Cloves, 60g canola oil
The confit cloves can be used for a subtle flavour in soups, sauces, sammies, dressings or marinades. Add them to your mashed potatoes or spread them onto a slice of crusty bread - the most delicious way to have garlic without the strong aftertaste!
Store in the fridge, consume within 2 months of opening.
