Scroll buns

  1. Heat oven to 180°C.
  2. Remove tray from the bag.
  3. Remove icing sachet and set aside.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes.
  5. Give them a poke to make sure the buns are squishy & cinnamon butter is melty.
  6. Slather the hot buns with the prepared icing.

Icing

  1. Tear a 2 cm opening to vent
  2. Heat by either microwaving for 20 seconds or put the packet into boiling water until the icing is able to be poured.
Be careful, don’t burn yourself. The icing is like lava when hot.

Get creative. Add cream cheese to the icing & whip with a beater. Do the same with dulce de leche, chocolate ganache, or biscoff spread, if you dare...

 

Half Baked Bread (and Cheese)

  1. Heat your oven to 180 degrees ( bake or fan bake)
  2. Remove foil tray from vacuum bag
  3. Remove Cheese and all the topping ingredients from the centre
  4. Using a small sharp knife score the top of the cheese in a criss cross pattern, just through the top rind
  5. Place cheese back in the centre of the fluffy buns
  6. Load up cheese with toppings, Slicing up anything chunky
  7. Place Fluffy Buns and Decorated Cheese into the oven - Still in foil tray
  8. Bake for 10-15 mins - give it a poke at 10 mins and decide if you want it a bit crisper and gooier
  9. Let it sit for a minute before tearing apart - that cheese will be hot!

Get Creative. Add some fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme from the garden, or brush the buns before baking with infused oil - like garlic.
